Shipping
Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.

Shipping Policies
simplytouchedonline.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.

International Shipping
The Shipping cost shown on the website are for domestic orders only not International orders. The shipping costs and methods for all international orders is based on the weight of the package, therefore will be determined after the orders are placed and prepared completely. We use USPS and UPS for all international shipments. Canada and Puerto Rico are considered International orders. simplytouchedonline.com is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes required per order.
